Having qualified as a Solicitor in 2002, Jason holds a Degree in Law and a Diploma in Entrepreneurial Studies from University College, Dublin. Jason initially trained with a firm in Naas before joining Coughlan White & Partners in 2000. As our most experienced advocate, he specialises in the following areas:
State Agency and Local Government.

Jason has been the lead prosecution solicitor in the firm for over 10 years and deals predominantly with Transport/Taxi Regulation, Planning and Environmental issues. He also regularly advises on statutory appeals, regulatory matters, injunctions and judicial review in these areas.
Employment Law.

Jason advises numerous employers and employees on contentious and non-contentious issues ranging from contracts to policies, grievance investigations, disciplinary procedures and terminations. He regularly represents clients before the Rights Commissioner and the Employment Appeals Tribunal.
Jason also has extensive Criminal Law defence experience and advises in the area of Personal/Fatal Injury.
